The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the "Buy" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax (VAT) and other price components. Shipping costs are added to the product prices and will be clearly communicated to you before placing the order.

5. Payment

Payment can be made via the methods offered at checkout. Payments are due immediately upon confirmation of the order.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Eppelheim, provided the customer is a merchant.
