Return and Refund Policy
1. Return Process and Inspection
To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned to us first. Upon receipt of the returned package, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the product.
2. Condition for Refund

Sealed Packaging: For a return to be accepted, the original packaging must remain unopened and factory-sealed.

Inspection Criteria: We will verify that there are no missing parts, open bags, or any signs of tampering or damage. If the product is found to have missing components or has been opened, the return may be refused.

Manufacturing Defects: If you believe the product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@prestigetoys.de before returning the item. Such cases will be handled individually.
3. Refunds and Shipping Costs

Refund Issuance: Once the inspection is completed and the product is confirmed to be in its original, sealed condition, we will process your refund.

Non-Refundable Shipping: Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start the process, please send a request to support@prestigetoys.de with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the necessary instructions for shipping the package back to our address in Eppelheim.
